It measures 30in and is 1 2 Outside diameter with a 1 8 inside diameter. This is the STOCK size. We added other options below. It all comes down to the inside diameter which decides how much rubber is within the 1 2in outside diameter. If you would like a stronger Powerband, then you can go with the 1 2in Outside Diameter with 1 8in inside diameter.
